Growr is a browser-based game that interacts with public smart contracts on the Base blockchain. It is for entertainment. Smart-contract interactions cost ETH for gas. Growr does not custody any user funds, private keys, or seed phrases.
Nothing in Growr constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. $GRWR is a memecoin with no intrinsic value, no profit guarantees, and no claim against any entity. You may lose any cryptocurrency you spend interacting with Growr.
You are solely responsible for: securing your wallet and private keys, paying gas fees, verifying the transactions you sign, and any losses arising from your interactions. The on-chain record is final.
You may not exploit bugs, automate the system to extract value beyond normal play, attempt to impersonate other users, or use the Service to launder funds or violate laws. We reserve the right to blocklist wallets engaged in such conduct.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may pause, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, including the off-chain signing service that mediates certain in-game claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Growr team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
